Pricing and Taxes
Where the Service or any features are offered for a fee, prices will be stated at the point of purchase and will include applicable taxes where required by law. We may change prices from time to time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
Free Trials and Promotions
We may offer free trials or promotions subject to specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, a free trial will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel in accordance with the cancellation process described at the point of sign-up.
Cooling-off and Cancellation
If you are a consumer in the UK purchasing digital services or subscriptions, you may have a 14-day statutory right to cancel from the date of purchase. However, if you request or consent to immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once full performance begins or digital content is provided, you may lose your right to cancel. Where you retain a right to cancel, we will reimburse payments received from you within 14 days of notice of cancellation using the same payment method you used, subject to any permitted deduction for use. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Subscriptions, if any, will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to renewal. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment, for material breach of these Terms, or where required by law. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. You may submit complaints or requests for support to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within a reasonable time and provide an estimated timeframe for resolution. This does not affect your right to bring claims in court.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for defective products under applicable law.
Subject to the foregoing, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, and representations to the extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for: loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation; loss or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service (whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) shall not exceed the greater of £50 or the total amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Service.
