**Hydroxy Tea 414mg: Green Tea extract nols, Caffeine anhydrous, White Tea Extract, Oolong Tea Extract (200mg of caffeine).

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 2 caps with an 8oz glass of water 3 times daily, approximately 30-60 minutes before meals. Do not exceed 2 caps in a 4 hour period and or 6 caps in a 24 hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bed. To assess tolerance follow chart on label.
